Happy birthday to me!

So another year older, damn it.
I am sitting here alone, being a little melancholic, because now I remember last year, when Rianne, Judith and Stella came over with champagne to celebrate. And me and Morten and Misjah were home in our cosy small room.
Now I am far away in Denmark, Morten is in Kopenhagen and Misjah at his parents, and all others are even further away in Holland.
My roommates here are all sleeping or working, so the only company I have is the television.

Ok, enough of feeling sorry. Tomorrow my parents are coming with Rianne, and I have the rest of the week off to spend time with them and show them around. They will be bringing cheese and wine and other nice dutch things.

Now I also need to share with you Rianne´s latest "typically Rianne" story;

Earlier tonight Rianne called me, with the question how long the mail takes from Holland to Denmark. For a moment I was worried she forgot my present or something but no. She forgot to pick up her return trainticket at the station in Arnhem. My parents plan to leave tomorrow morning early, and you cannot buy such tickets at the station in Apeldoorn. So she is in a littlebit of a problem. And since she still does not have her drivers license, she cannot drive herself quickly to Arnhem. Therefor she thought it a good idea to send Roos to the station tomorrow and have her mail the ticket to Denmark. But ofcourse then there is always the risk that the postal services will not do there duty and deliver the ticket on time, hence she would be stuck with me. Ofcourse, I don´t see the problem with that, but the people at her work might be less pleased.

I will update the story as it continues.

UPDATE:

Rianne did not only forget her trainticket but also her passport. Ofcourse! Rianne never leaves with her passport. So now, they will be leaving a little later tomorrow morning, so Rianne can go back to Arnhem, to get the things she forgot.
